Balletto is a playful, ruffled, A-line skirt perfectly suited for dress up, tea parties, or every day wear. It is worked seamlessly from the top down, in as many colors as you wish. Stitches are picked up for the ruffles and an optional bow finishes off this sweet skirt. There are directions for customizing the length, number of ruffles and colors throughout the pattern, so each skirt will truly be unique!

Sizes
The pattern offers 5 sizes - XS (18-20” waist), S (22-22” waist), M (22-24” waist), L (24-26” waist) and XL (26-28” waist).

Yarn
You will need approximately 1000 - 1600 total yards of fingering weight or lace weight yarn. Lace weight yarn is recommended for the ruffles only, and especially on the larger sizes.

Gauge
Waistband = 28 sts, 40 rows on smaller needles = 4”/10cm
Skirt and ruffles = 24 sts, 36 rows on larger needles = 4”/10cm
