THE FABRIC on Mary Henderson’stank top features tiny diamonds o fcolour in graduating shades of blue and cream, paired with delicate Fair Isle motifs in red and pink. The garment has a decidedly traditional feel, with its cropped length and edgings of
corrugated ribbing. It’s worked in the round, incorporating sections of steek stitches which are then cut to form the neck and arm openings. Mary has used Jamieson & Smith’s classic
Jumperweight Shetland wool.
