Balsam
by Pam Allen
Balsam is a snuggly, hooded cowl, with a deep brioche split hem to go deeper than can your average neckwear. Two brioche panels are worked flat and joined in the round for a cowl deep enough for stretching over your head. A few short rows near the top of the cowl form the shape of the hood.
