These delicately embellished gloves offer a chance to play with embroidery on a small project that is pretty yet practical. Written for three hand sizes, the finger and wrist length can also easily be adjusted to fit your hand perfectly, with a buttoned opening allowing a close fit at the wrist.

Stranded Dyeworks Oasis (4-ply / fingering weight; 75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon; 424 m / 464 yds per 100g / 3½oz skein)
Shade: Shiner; 1 skein (Note: 1 skein is enough for a pair of Barbara Gloves and Beckett Mitts)
2 buttons, approx. 1 cm / ½” diameter

Embroidery thread and beads for embellishment (optional)

2.25mm / US 1 knitting needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round
Gauge
38 sts & 54 rows to 10 cm / 4”, measured over stocking stitch in the round with 2.25mm needles, after blocking.
