PATTERN DETAILS
Basil Socks is a simple yet elegant sock pattern featuring a delicate lace motif. It is worked cuff-down with a heel flap and gusset construction, ensuring a comfortable and well-fitted shape. The foot is worked in stockinette stitch with the lace pattern continuing on the instep to avoid discomfort underfoot. The toe is shaped with decreases and finished with grafting for a seamless look.

This pattern is written for Magic Loop using circular needles or for short circular needles. If you prefer double-pointed needles (DPNs), Needle 1 corresponds to DPNs 1 & 2, and Needle 2 to DPNs 3 & 4.

GAUGE
23 stitches x 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4” in Stockinette Stitch (worked in the round, after blocking).

DETALLES DEL PATRÓN
Los Calcetines Basil son un diseño elegante y fácil de tejer con un delicado motivo de calados. Se tejen de arriba hacia abajo con un talón de solapa y escudete, lo que proporciona una forma cómoda y bien ajustada. La planta del pie se trabaja en punto jersey, mientras que el calado se mantiene en el empeine para evitar molestias en la planta del pie. La puntera se da forma con disminuciones y se remata con costura invisible (grafting).

Este patrón está escrito para Magic Loop con agujas circulares o para agujas cortas. Si prefieres agujas de doble punta (DPNs), la Ag-1 corresponde a las agujas 1 y 2, y la Ag-2 a las agujas 3 y 4.
