Bastholm Clutch is worked bottom up. First you work the bottom in garter stitch. Then you pick up and knit stitches and work cable pattern and double moss stitch in the round according to a chart. The top is finished with a border in stocking stitch which is folded around the frame and joined using overcast stitches. Finally the lining is sewn into place.
