I met Allie when she hosted me at Seaside Yarn and Fiber for a book signing and trunk show. I had a great time seeing her shop and meeting her customers. At the end of my visit she gifted me a skein of her beautiful naturally dyed Donegal DK. I spent the rest of the weekend on vacation with my husband. The weather and tides were perfect for beachcombing and we came home with a nice collection of shells and agates after a lovely weekend at the beach. The Beachcomber hat combines the soft ocean color of Allie’s Indigo dyed yarn with the romance of a walk on the beach with someone you love.
