Crochet for a Cause: Operation Christmas Child

A beaded pencil case designed for Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts.

Pencil case is worked all in one piece (except for the tie).

TIP: Be sure to string plenty of beads BEFORE you begin to crochet.

You can always use fewer beads than you have strung, but it’s difficult to add beads once you get crocheting. (You’d have to cut your yarn, string more beads, then begin crocheting again with a loose end to weave in.)
