BEAR MARKET
A bear market is when the stock market has a downward ­movement for a longer period of time. This scarf mimics the movement of the bar charts that describe the movement of the stock market. It uses short-rows in a simple, fun and effective way to make the bars.

SIZE
Approximately 17 cm wide x 150 cm long in sample scarf.

GAUGE
26 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm in garter stitch before ­blocking. Gauge is not ­important in this scarf, but might affect the amount of yarn used.

Ula+Lia, fingering cashmere (Cream White) & fingering camel (Natural Sand Tan), 393 m/100g.

Sample scarf uses 40g of each color, or 64g of BC and 16g of CC without the switch in the middle.

Ula+Lia is a project that gathers wool and fiber from free-ranging herder cooperatives in Mongolia, which then is washed and spun in local mills. Each year, a new batch is produced and crowd-sourced through Kickstarter.
