The textured stitch pattern provides a bold consistency. The design features a strong cable that runs from the saddle shoulder down the sleeve.
The delicate button band cable secures the cardigan with a minimalist button closure. Cropped silhouette, round neck, and relaxed fit. It can be worn as a jacket too.

The cardigan is knitted by holding two strands of yarn together.
For the sample, we used Fivel in colourway “08” and Alpaca silk in colourway “6409”.
Alternative yarn: Same yardage of Woolia by Gepard (50 g = 132 m / 144 yds) (100% organic merino) and Kid Seta by Gepard (25 g = 210 m / 230 yds) (70% super kid mohair and 30% shappe silk).
NEEDLES
5 mm / US 8 circular needle, cable length 80 or 100 cm / 32 or 40” for the main body and cable length 40 or 60 cm / 16 or 24” for the sleeves.
4 mm / US 6 circular needle, cable length 40 or 60 cm / 16 or 24” for the ribbing.
GAUGE
After blocking : 20 sts x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 ”on 5 mm / US8 needles in pattern stitch worked flat.
