Bandanas are so nice for cold winter days to keep the wind out of your neck. I find that full turtlenecks are just too warm to wear non-stop throughout the day, so the cowl is a fun accessory that you can remove at will. It’s a short and sweet knit that uses a single skein of worsted weight yarn.

This is a bottom-up cowl that fits most without adjustment. Instructions are included to make some adaptations if needed. If you prefer to just follow a pattern without thinking about variations, the whole thing written on the last page without those pesky side comments.

I’m new to writing patterns so please pass along any feedback on the instructions. Send me a message if you have questions.
