Beginners First Shawl
This is a great pattern for someone who’s been wanting to knit a shawl, but is daunted by all those fancy, shmansy, lace patterns out there.
This garment has a simple rib pattern and only 6 increase rows.
All you need to know is how to knit, purl and kfb. (knit into the front and back of a stitch)
Knitted on a medium/large size needle, using a heavy worsted yarn, this shawl knits up quickly.
