This Beginning Sock Workshop has been used for several years as a new sock knitter teaching tool. It walks the knitter through steps of making a sock using 2 circular needles. Any weight yarn and/or needle size can be used as the instructions are based on stitches per inch. This sock pattern can be used to make socks for any shoe size.

Be forewarned, this sock pattern is very wordy. However, it explains in detail each step. This way the new-to-socks knitter will understand why they are doing something a certain way and how it all fits together.

There is a notes sections at the end to keep track of various size socks that have been knit.
