“NECKWARMERS AND capelets have
become my trademark as a designer,” says
Eline Oftedal. “Every time I think I have
exhausted the possibilities, I get a new
idea. This one is a combination of two
designs I have made before, and I love the
interaction between stocking stitch,
feather and fan lace, and ribbing. The fact
that each section is knitted in a different
colour makes it rather interesting, too!”
It is worked up from the lower edge, and
uses a baby alpaca yarn from King Cole
