The Bellever hat and cowl are soft and cosy, and use tapestry crochet to create a striking pattern which would look fabulous in many different colour combinations.

They are made with West Yorkshire Spinners Bo Peep Pure (DK; 112m per 50g skein; 100% wool), although other DK yarns could also be used.

The following yarn quantities are required:

HAT
MC: 1 skein or 50g / 112m in Natural (010)
CC: 1 skein or 30g / 67m in River (194)

Pom pom: If you would like to add a pom pom to your hat using the same yarn, you will need approximately an additional 28g/63m of MC (or CC, if you prefer).

COWL
MC: 2 skeins or 56 g / 125m in River (194)
CC: 1 skein or 26g / 58m in Natural (010)
