This beanie was inspired by my Nordic Stitch pattern collection and my time on the beach! If you are familiar with my other patterns, I am frequently inspired by Pacific Northwest beaches. With this beanie, I wanted to capture being out at night under a clear starry night in winter with the tide coming in. The start motive is an incredibly old design that was used in Scandinavia and surrounding islands for generations, I hope you feel a connection to those late Viking/Medieval knitters while making it!

Simple Nordic-inspired color work beanie using 3 colors of Lettlelopi. Sizes S (M, L)-18 (20,22) inches circumference. Length 8 (9,10) inches from brim. Modifications are included for a slouchy fit.
