The Benson Bubblers are Portland’s iconic drinking fountains. Simon Benson, one of Portland’s civic leaders, paid to have these beautiful bronze fountains built & installed in downtown Portland in the early 1900’s. A.E. Doyle, a noted architect, designed the four-bowl Benson Bubbler. Thanks to these two gentlemen, we have these “very Portland” drinking fountains. So “cozy on up” to a pot of tea in honor of the Benson Bubblers!

“Astral” by The Alpaca Yarn Company. 1 skein each of 2 colors (each skein is 197 yards). Color A: 8477 for the Base of the Fountain, Color B: 8168 for the Bowls & Spouts of the Fountain. A full skein of Colors A & B are needed.
