At the Berber museum in Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech, I regarded beautiful Berber jewellery. The simple design of the necklaces fascinated me. The necklace that captured my attention had silver diamond shapes hanging in some sort of columns. The diamond shapes were joined with small rings. This necklace gave me the inspiration to knit a shawl with a pattern made with columns of diamond shapes and holes.

3,5 mm (US 4) 60 cm circular needle

CONSTRUCTION
The shawl is worked flat beginning at the bottom angle with increases at the border on every other row, with additional increases just inside the border stitches on every 8th row. The pattern is arranged around the centre of the shawl.
