This beret can be crocheted in just one day.
The pattern is written in a way that it’s also possible to use a thicker of thinner yarn.

The pattern gives two sizes:
small/medium: circumference of 48 - 52cm
large: circumference of 54 - 60cm

The pattern also tells how to modify it into a smaller or larger size.
