If you love knitting intricate cables, you’ll love knitting this scarf. The scarf combines a very distinct cable which is bordered by a knit/purl stitch that shows off the focal cable. The scarf is knitted with light weight worsted yarn and is warm enough for the coldest day. Ornately knitted cables give the FO depth and warmth..This cable comes to us from Canada and the creative mind of Annie Maloney.

Despite the incracy of the cables, the scarf if a relatively quick knit.

The stitches are both charted and written out.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a good working knowledge of cabling ).

There are also instructions for an optional crocheted border, should you want it edged. This is the ONLY crochet in the pattern, all the rest is knitted.

This pattern was expertly tested by Karen Bowen, who can be reached at: ktbowen18@msn.com
