This crochet donkey pattern is just the right size for bringing on adventures! This is a beginner-friendly project with limited sewing. This pattern was designed for the Toy Box Crochet Along with CAL Central Crochet.

Finished Size
Approximately 6.5” (16.5 cm) tall (after stuffing) from top of head to feet; approximately 8” (20.5 cm) tall (after stuffing) from tip of ears to feet.
Materials
Lion Brand Feels Like Butta yarn (100% polyester, 3.5 oz/100 g, 218 yd/199 m) – 1 skein each in 129AE Pale Grey (CA) and 150D Charcoal (CB), or approximately 25 yd (23 m) in CA and 80 yd (73 m) in CB in any medium weight, polyester yarn.
US Size E-4/3.5 mm crochet hook, or any size needed to obtain correct gauge.
Yarn needle.
Locking stitch markers.
8 mm black safety eyes – 1 pair.
Fiber filling.
Gauge
Exact gauge is not critical for this pattern. Stitches should be small so fiber filling doesn’t show through.
