Hat Circumference: 12 (15, 18)“ unstretched
Snuggle Width: 12 (15, 18)”
Scarf Ends: 16 (18, 24)“ easily adjustable

Tension
16 sts and 18 rows to 4” over pattern
after washing and blocking.
