Berry Pie Blanket
This knit quilt is about everything one calls sweet home - coziness, warmth, and the smell of a freshly baked berry pie. Similar to how we combine different berries to create unique treats every time, Berry Pie Blanket makes a deliciously addictive and satisfying stash busting project that allows to combine yarns of different colors and of almost any weights to knit something very special.
The blanket is both pretty easy and entertaining to knit, as it is based on alternating 9 different short-repeat stitch patterns. This project is great for using leftover yarn as well as for knitting up those odd skeins from your stash.
The size of a finished blanket is completely up to you - either you’d like to make a gift for a baby or a cozy throw for your home. Instructions for calculating yardage for your specific blanket are provided.
