• 15 oz / 750 yds worsted weight (medium weight 4) yarn (I used 3 SKEINS LION BRAND YARNSHeartland, color: GRAND CANYON),

• Size US J-10 (6.00 mm) crochet hook – or hook size needed to obtain gauge;

• Size 7.00 mm crochet hook – or hook one size larger than hook size needed to obtain gauge. Thishook is used for the base chain only;

• 2 large-ish’ buttons (I used 29 mm buttons);

• Stitch markers & safety pins;

• Yarn needle.
