Reading the Knitted Wit blog (knittedwit.com/blog), I quickly realized that they are about inclusivity and collaboration and that their success stems from a successful blending of different personalities and skills. I wanted to bring this idea of equality and blending into my design. The “Better Together” cowl uses two contrasting yarns blending one into the other. Both yarns are used equally, but they take turns at center stage. While one is in the foreground the other is supporting from the background. The result is one harmonious whole in which each yarn shines brighter than it would on its own.
