Yeti Crochet Pattern
This is a crochet pattern and not a finished Yeti.
This crochet pattern includes step by step instructions to make your own Betty the Yeti.
You are buying a PDF file.
LANGUAGE - Pattern is written in English, there are seperate files for US and UK crochet terminology.
SIZE - Approximately 17cm (6.7”) long depending on yarn and hook choices and individual tension.
DIFFICULTY LEVEL - Intermediate due to split rounds for the toes.
SKILLS - Amigurumi style crochet (crochet spiral round), magic ring, dc (sc), dc (sc) decreases and increases, bobble stitch, split rounds . Basic sewing to attach parts. Use of safety eyes.
MATERIALS NEEDED - 4.5mm (7) crochet hook, Aran (Worsted ) weight yarn, small amount of black yarn for mouth, 2 x 12mm (0.5”) black toy safety eyes, polyester toy stuffing, yarn needle, tiny amount of white felt for teeth, white sewing cotton and needle or fabric glue. Stitch markers. Pet slicker brush (optional if you want a fluffy yeti).
Sample uses Scheepjes Stonewashed XL.
