Betula Baby is a sweet little baby cardigan knit in garter stitch, but with a lovely lace panel on both the front and the sleeves. The lace panel reminds me of new leaves on the birch threes, which lead to the name – Betula is the latin name for the birch tree.

The cardigan is knit from the bottom up with an off center opening. The sleeves are knit flat and joined at the yoke.
