The Bianca cardigan, companion piece to the Bianca shawl, was inspired by a gap in my wardrobe--I found I could really use a simple, elegant sweater with an open front and three-quarter sleeves to wear over summery dresses. The plain stitch pattern and the simple silhouette of the Bianca cardigan fit the bill perfectly, and the unique lace edging adds a touch of flair without detracting from its simplicity.

Because this cardigan is designed to be worn open, the most important measurement to consider when selecting which size to make is your cross-back measurement.

Finished Cross Back Measurements:
13 (14.25, 15, 15.5, 16.75, 17.75, 19)“
33 (36, 38, 39.5, 42.5, 45, 48) cm.

Shown in colorways “William Morris” (Main Color) and “Mica” (Contrasting Color).

For each size, you will need 4 (5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7) skeins for Main Color and 1 skein for Contrasting Color.
