Bias Scarf
Select a yarn that feels nice against the skin. For standards, choose one of the many that gets about 7 stitches and 10 rows per 1”, probably at stitch size 6-7. Standards use the first set of numbers. For bulky machines, choose a light worsted that gets about 5 stitches and 7.5 rows per inch and use the stitch count in brackets. Set stitch dial to 3-5 to get gauge. Mid-gauge machines may be able to use either yarn, with the thinner yarn at a smaller stitch size and the thicker yarn at a larger one. Gauge is not critical and will change after blocking the bias knitting.
