Skill Level: Beginner with basic crochet skills and able to read a crochet pattern.

Materials and Miscellaneous
Yarn: Worsted weight in lime green, purple and black, with small amounts of white and grey

Crochet Hooks: G, H, I

Miscellaneous: yarn needle, measuring tape, stitch markers

Gauge: 4” = 13hdc and 9 rounds

Sizes: toddler to adult

Description
Hat is started at the top. A long chain is created and joined for working in the round. After base hat is complete, the beginning edge will be seamed together.
The “hair” is made as a separate piece and sewn over the top of the beginning seam.

These would be cute as kids too. Start with a flesh colored yarn instead of lime green for this variation.
