Big Sis Scarf is the big sister of the All In Scarf (you can find the free knitting pattern in my online shop), offering a beautiful and responsible accessory to be knitted with leftover yarns. The scarf is a beginner-friendly project.

Following the instruction of the knitting pattern will result in a scarf of the same size as shown in the pictures, but feel free to create your own unique version by using leftover
yarns you have. You can combine yarns of different thicknesses so that the yardage and gauge match the recommended guidelines. Wishing you gentle knitting moments!

Size: length approx. 144 cm / 57.5” and width approx. 14.5 cm / 5,75”
Gauge: approximately 10 sts = 10 cm / 4” in Garter St worked flat. Gauge measured from the finished scarf.
Needles: 12 mm / US 17 circular needle (100 cm / 40”)
Yarn: Approximately 79 g of DK weight yarn (50 g = 108 m / 118 yds) and 187 g of BULKY weight yarn (100 g = 90 m / 98 yds). The scarf shown in the pictures are knitted with Sandnes Garn Double Sunday together with Lova`s unspun yarn.

Big Sis on All In -huivin (löydät ilmaisen neulontaohjeen verkkokaupastani) isosisko – kaunis ja vastuullinen asuste, joka on suunniteltu neulottavaksi jämälangoista. Neulontaohje on aloittelijaystävällinen.

Ohjeen mukaan neuloen syntyy samanlainen huivi kuin kuvissa, mutta voit halutessasi tehdä siitä omanlaisesi version hyödyntämällä juuri niitä jämälankoja, joita kaapistasi löytyy. Voit myös yhdistellä eri paksuisia lankoja, kunhan huivin menekki ja tiheys vastaavat suosituksia. Lempeitä neulontahetkiä!

Koko: pituus noin 144 cm ja leveys noin 14,5 cm
Tiheys: noin 10 s = 10 cm ainaoikeinneuletta tasona. Tiheys mitattu viimeistelystä huivista.
Puikot: 12 mm pyöröpuikko (100 cm)
Lanka: noin 79 g DK-vahvuista lankaa (108 m / 50 g) ja 187 g BULKY-vahvuista lankaa (90 m / 100 g). Kuvissa näkyvä huivi on neulottu Sandnes Garnin Double Sunday -langalla yhdessä Lovan hahtuvalangan kanssa.
