1 skein (420 meters / 460 yards) Limmo-design hand-dyed sock yarn, 75% wool, 25% polyamid
420m/100g or other Fingering weight yarn 420m/100g
Gauge
On 4.0 mm / US6 needles:
20 sts and 44 rows = 10x10 cm /4x4” in garter stitch before blocking
18 sts and 30 rows = 10x10 cm / 4x4” in garter stitch after blocking
Proposed needle size is for an average knitter.
For shawls, gauge is only a guideline, although the gauge will affect the finished size of the shawl and the
amount of yarn used.
