The pattern is on pp.10–11 of the book.

Paraphrased from the book:

The tea cosy is knitted in two identical pieces and sewn together. It uses blackberry stitch and has knitted hems. The spout and handle hems are knitted sideways onto the main body by picking up stitches along the side edges.

Use either 2x50g balls of chunky (12-ply) or double knit (8-ply) yarn. The chunky one will be a little bigger. The spout and handles can be either the same colour as the body or different colours for contrast.
