Breaking the rules when knitting always makes me happy for some reason. When I designed this cowl, I hadn’t planned on working with two different weights of yarn. I must have been distracted whilst caking - however, because it wasn’t until I finished swatching that I realized my mistake. I really liked the result though. The DK weight really makes the cable the absolute star!

MC Anzula Dreamy Fingering weight in Black (about 130 yds used)
CC Anzula Cricket DK weight in One Red Shoe (about 100 yds used)

The cowl begins and ends with a picot border, and the following stitches are used:
