Blåsippa is a boxy cropped sweater with ¾ sleeves and an all-over lace pattern that is worked with a reverse stockinette background. The back and front of the sweater are worked in pieces from the bottom up. The sleeves are picked up from the body and worked in the round. Rapid decreases before the ribbed cuff create the blouse-like sleeve shape.

Blåsippa means common hepatica in Swedish.
