This hat was designed on Block Island, off the coast of the state of Rhode Island, a place close to my heart. I have used three traditional fisherman’s ganseys (Diamond, Ladd and Diagonal) and offset them with Front and Back cables to create this special hat.

Before closing their business, I worked with Sven and Laura Risom of North Light Fibers on many design projects-- this was one of my favorites. They were located on Block Island, Rhode Island, where I still teach my design workshops every spring.
