This versatile accessory will make a wonderful addition to your wardrobe no matter the season. Wear it in the summer over a tank top or summer dress as a light shawl, or in the winter as an infinity scarf or cowl. Endless possibilities for color choices and styling options!

Pattern Notes:

The model shown was made using Lion Brand Mandala yarn in the color Centaur. Mandala is perfect for a looping project like this. Since each skein begins and ends with the same color, it allows for a nice transition at the seam.

The pattern, as written, will fit most adult women, and is modeled on a size S/M adult woman mannequin. (You can see it is quite roomy.) To increase the width of the final product, add multiples of 8 to the starting chain. To increase the circumference, add more rows. (Note that you will need more yarn if you do this.)

Pattern is written using American Standard crochet notation.

Gauge: 13 rows and 16 stitches measures approximately 4” x 4” when using the recommended yarn and a 5.50mm I hook. Gauge is not particularly important for this project, although it will affect the amount of yarn needed to complete the pattern.

Final product dimensions: the model is approximately 19.5” wide and 44.0” in circumference.
