This delightful pattern offers two shawls - one for an adult and one for a baby or toddler. The top-down construction of the semi-circular adult shawl will be familiar to knitters of lace shawls, while the small circumference of the circular baby shawl is ideal for those new to circular (or “pi”) shawl knitting.

Delicate lace motifs at the center grow and become more leaf-like as they expand toward the edge of the shawl. Shown in a gradient yarn, either pattern shows equally well in a solid or semi-solid colorway.
