We can’t imagine a simpler—or more adorable—little sweater. When Mary Jo Blazina added this cutie to our repertoire seven years ago, she designed it in Trendsetter’s soft, fluffy ‘Blossom’ yarn and added a pretty flower button. If you make it in a woolly yarn for a little fellow, just think of it as ‘Bud!’

This simple sweater has no front bands or neck edging, so it’s important to choose a yarn such as a fluffy chenille or loopy bouclé that doesn’t tend to curl when knit in stockinette stitch.
