The mitts are reversible, a wavy rib texture on one side and a basket weave on the other. Flip them over for a shorter at the wrist mitt with fold over cuff. The mitts are worked in the round to the thumb opening. For the thumb opening slit, you will be working back and forth in pattern. To complete the thumb opening you resume working in the round to finish the mitt.
