This is written for a 3-4T sizing, but an example written for average adult female. Plus notes how to make the size you want.
I used a 36 peg 3/8” gauge loom, adult example written in 56peg 1/4” gauge loom. I didn’t even use a full skein for the toddler pair, in fact probably could have made 2 pairs with the Bernat Softee Baby Yarn.

It uses gusset heel, but is written toe up and cuff down. The heel will vary. Would consider this an intermediate sock pattern.
