This fabric-strip rug is reminiscent of the dishes Grandmother loved so much. Inspired by the same pretty blue and white china, our crocheted “plate” rug will be a welcome addition to any spot that needs warmth and cheer. It is crocheted using 100% cotton fabric strips and a size P (10.00 mm) hook.

MATERIALS
100% Cotton fabric, 45” wide, approximately:
Dark Blue - 21⁄2 yards
Light Blue - 3 yards
Dark Print - 21⁄4 yards
Light Print- 21⁄4 yards
White - 31⁄4 yards
crochet hook, size P (10.00 mm) or size needed for gauge

GAUGE:Rnds1and2=41⁄2”
DO NOT HESITATE TO CHANGE HOOK SIZE TO OBTAIN CORRECT GAUGE.
