This pattern is inspired by traditional Fair Isle patterns and the beautiful colours of Uradale Yarns remind me of the amazing blue skies in Shetland.

The boot toppers are worked in the round.

Circumference is ± 35 cm, the height of the rim in colourwork is 11.5 cm and the total height is ± 25 cm. The circumference can easily be adjusted by casting on a pattern repeat of 12 stitches (= ± 5.5 cm) fewer or more.

These boot toppers are made with Uradale Yarns Double Knit.
The following colours are used:
75 g Juniper Heath
25 g Speedwell Heath
25 g Speedwell
