Berry Bear is looking very dapper in their Blueberry Sweater. The sweater is knitted in an acrylic DK yarn which is machine-washable if your bear gets grubby on his adventures.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the collared sweater is knitted on single pointed needles (not in the round). This free knitting pattern is for the sweater only; the Berry Bear toy pattern is sold separately.

NEEDLES
A pair of 4mm straight single pointed knitting needles (US 6)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Hayfield Bonus DK in blue; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; one 100g/250m skein

NOTIONS
A darning or tapestry needle for seaming
A 12mm button

SIZES
One size only - designed to fit Berry Bear the sweater is 17.5cm wide and 13cm tall

TECHNIQUES
For intermediate knitters and above, techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
