Yarn: Vanna’s Choice; 100% acrylic or equivalent
-Main Color (MC) 2 skeins Eggplant
(approximately 320 yds, 6½ oz, 187gms)
-Contrast Color (CC) 1 Skein Purple Mist
(approximately 86 yds, 1¾ oz, 151 gms)
-Small amount white (small amount)
-Small amount black (small amount)

Hooks: I (5.5mm) or yarn label recommendation
H (5.0 mm) or 1 size smaller
G/7 (4.5 mm) or 2 sizes smaller

Other: Poly-fiberfill

Notions: Stitch markers, yarn needle

NOTES: Pattern is written using standard US stitches.
sl st = slip stitch
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
magic circle/adjustable ring See attached tutorial.
RS = right side
WS = wrong side
inv hdc dec = Invisible half double crochet decrease. Yarn over, insert hook through front loop of 1st stitch. Insert hook through front loop of 2nd stitch. Yarn over and pull through 2 loops. Yarn over and pull through all 3 loops on hook.

GAUGE: Not important. If using worsted weight yarn, you Blanket Buddy will be close in size to my example.
