This plant cozy will fit a pot that is approximately 4-5 inches in diameter and 4-5 inches tall. This pattern was originally published using Caron x Pantone yarn but the yarn has since been discontinued. If you have one hank of Caron x Pantone, it still works beautifully for the pattern.
