The centre part of the scarf is worked in stocking stitch in the round and is double thickness. The ten cords are worked on two double-pointed needles (I-cord technique). The ten bobbles are worked in garter stitch in the round and stuffed with polyester toy stuffing or wadding. These are sewn onto the cords.

Yarn suggestions
I knitted this scarf in bright pink DK tweed wool with light green and aqua bobbles. You could use oddments for the bobbles or work them in the same yarn as the scarf.
This scarf could also be worked in multi-coloured, handpainted or variegated yarns. It is also suitable for Magic Ball Yarns (tied lengths of different yarns/colours) since it is worked in the round and the knots will be hidden on the inside.
