Boelle Cowl
If you love knitted things you know that it’s hard to not want to wear a little lacy something even if it is a bit too steamy for even a shrug.
I’ve been wrapping up a new design for Spring / Summer 2015 and it’s perfect for a little extra knitting fun!
This is a flirty feminine neck accessory and it’s something that I’ve wanted for quite awhile.
It’s designed to go with the balmier part of one’s wardrobe: the sleeveless dresses, tees, shells…
And it can dress up or down, depending on where you need a little sizzle without a lot of burn.
(Think sultry not scorched.)
MATERIALS:
• 180 yds of sportweight yarn (or lighter yarn that can be knit at a gauge of 5.5 sts / 7.5 rows per inch without distortion) – we used a hemp blend – cotton, linen, type fiber or blends work well – or if you prefer, wool!
• For an extra mystery POP, knit it in two colors 167 yds Main Color & 15 yds in a Contrast Color
• 16” circular or DPN sizes 4 (3.75mm) & 5 (3.5mm)
Easy, fast and wearable!
