Bohemian Bells Necklace
As a crochet jewelry designer I love using flowers in my designs. They are deeply and strongly associated with the most important occasions in our lives thus being an integral and inseparable part.
For thousands of years flowers have been given as tokens and symbols of love, friendship, affection, sympathy, achievements, and intentions.
The Bohemian Bell Necklaces is the project that when you have to whip up something fast it makes the perfect last minute gift. You can make a set of three in no time while you sip your tea in the afternoon. It employs easy crochet stitches thus being suitable for beginner crocheters too.
For these necklaces, I used 100% cotton sport yarn and metal 1.9 mm hook (5). Please consult hook recommendation on your yarn label.
Used terms in American terminology: chain (ch), slip stitch (sl st.), single crochet (sc), single crochet 2 together (sc2tog), treble stitch (tr)
Other: lace ribbon or fabric scraps, pearls or beads, sewing needle and thread.
Tip: this is the perfect project to use your leftover yarn
This is a set of three gradient necklaces and each is longer than the one before it. This also implies that the color gradually changes, so for better effect, choose different shades of a color.
Length of finished pieces: maker’s choice.
I work very hard to make my crochet patterns come to life so I appreciate if you understand that they are for personal use only and may not be distributed in any way. Please DO NOT recopy, rewrite, redistribute or resell this photo-tutorial. However, you are most welcome to sell finished items from this tutorial. Thank you.
