Warm and cozy crochet beanie that is perfect for cold weather!

I designed this hat to reach the base of your earlobe and to have a little bit of slouch. It is tapered to fit the shape of your head and if you’d like to make it more slouchy it is very easy to do! Just work the repeat section on extra time to increase the hat height by about one inch.

Gauge
Hat Band: Approximately 8 sc in 2 inches and 14 rows per 4 inches
Hat Body: Approximately *12 sts per 4 inches and 7 rows per 4 inches.

*12 sts = (1 sc, shell) 2 times; where each shell is 5
